Senator Tom Coburn’s annual “Wastebook,” was released this week, revealing 100 examples of ridiculous government waste that cost taxpayers $30 billion this year.

Some of the crazy expenses include a NASA seminar looking into how Congress works, educating Hollywood producers and writers on how to portray the FBI in movies, and $7 billion of wasted equipment in Afghanistan. Watch the video for a more extensive list of some of the more crazy expenses.
