I think it’s a case of self-defense. However, I would leave it to a judge to decide that. If no charges are formed, then the message this sends out is that if you feel threatened and shoot someone fatally, there won’t be any consequences. I believe that the people who fired the shots should be asked to defend their decision in court. That way people will know that they need to really think it over before pulling out their guns and shooting at people.
