After a second defeat this Spring and a government shutdown, CISPA seems to be back. The wording, drafted by Senators Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) and Saxby Chambliss (R-GA) is still reportedly vague and will still give the NSA access to our data while getting corporations off the hook for handing over our private data.
