The sneaker-stealing teen gunman who lost an arm when struck by his robbery victim’s runaway SUV was simply getting his just deserts, a lawyer for the driver said Saturday.

Philippe Pierre, 39, arrived in Brooklyn Criminal Court before a crowd of sobbing family members to face an attempted murder charge in the Friday crash with suspect Zachary Sam, 17.

“I don’t mean to be harsh, but I think Mr. Sam in a sense was getting what he deserved,” said defense attorney James P. Harding. “My client is an absolute victim in this case.”
