“Kylie Jenner has found herself involved in something of an online row with Hunger Games actress Amandla Stenberg, after posting a photo of herself with her hair in cornrows.
Having only recently debuted icy blue locks, the 17-year-old took to Instagram at the weekend to post this selfie of her new ‘do, writing: ‘I woke up like disss.’
However, 16-year-old Amandla was NOT a fan of the snap, joining some fans who were slamming Kylizzle in the comments section and accusing her of ‘appropriating black culture’.
The actress wrote: ‘When u appropriate black features and culture but fail to use ur position of power to help black Americans by directing attention towards ur wigs instead of police brutality or racism #whitegirlsdoitbetter.’” *
