John Iadarola (Think Tank) fills in for Cenk Uygur, to deliver his Final Judgment on the Supreme Court’s recent decision to enforce campaign finance law with respect to the election of judges. While this is good news, it calls into question SCOTUS’ reasoning on Citizen’s United and McCutcheon. If giving money to judges is corruption, why is it not the same for politicians?
