Humor has a time and place but not in official documents. A recent probe found that police officials often made racial slurs, comments and jokes sent from their official police department email accounts to local court employees. The report also comes to the conclusion that Ferguson police officers also were more likely to arrest, stop and search, and target individuals that were African American or other races.
The report could result in federal prosecution or fines against the Ferguson police department.”
