A member of the Michael Brown grand jury is suing the prosecutor Bob McCulloch for misrepresenting the deliberations that ended in the decision not to indict Officer Wilson for the death of Brown. The reasons why the case may create a law-changing precedent, why the prosecutor needlessly breached secrecy of the grand jury, and the strange ways the case has been played out in the public in spite of the legal demand of secrecy is discussed with retired FBI SSA Jim Clemente in this excerpt from the Crime Time episode.
