Bill Gates wants to turn poop into drinking water in the form of a new plant called the Omniprocessor, which was built and designed by Janicki Bioenergy. The processor can turn human feces into electricity and clean drinking water potentially saving a huge number of lives in impoverished nations where clean water is scarce. We take a look at the effort to improve sanitation in the developing world, in this Lip News clip with Jackie Koppell.
