Ted Cruz is STILL complaining about the unfairness of CNBC’s moderators at the last GOP debate. He wants all future moderators to be loyal Republicans with a strong record of voting in Republican primaries. Megyn Kelly doesn’t like that idea. Ana Kasparian (The Point) and John Iadarola (Think Tank), hosts of the The Young Turks, break it down. Tell us what you think in the comment section below.
“Megyn Kelly confronted Ted Cruz tonight about his proposal that any future Republican debate moderators should not include people who have never voted in a Republican party primary.
After telling Kelly he won’t be signing that GOP debate letter (making it now 6 out of 14 campaigns rejecting it), he reiterated his issue with Republican debates being moderated by liberal Democrats and wanted to get people with an actual interest in Republican politics moderating.
Kelly pointed out that people don’t know the politics of Fox’s Bret Baier or Chris Wallace or herself, for that matter, and wondered if that would mean they would be excluded. Cruz bluntly said he doubts any of the three of them are liberals, as opposed to the rest of the media.”*
