Like most of the crowded 2016 GOP field, Mike Huckabee needs some spotlight. The easiest way to get it: start comparing things to the Holocaust. “In a fluff piece of an interview with Breitbart, Huckabee skipped way ahead of the rest of the line when he equated the Iran Deal to being a member of the Nazi SS and finding, capturing and taking Jews to the doors of places like Auschwitz.
Seriously, I’m not kidding (emphasis added):
“This president’s foreign policy is the most feckless in American history. It is so naive that he would trust the Iranians. By doing so, he will take the Israelis and march them to the door of the oven. This is the most idiotic thing, this Iran deal. It should be rejected by both Democrats and Republicans in Congress and by the American people. I read the whole deal. We gave away the whole store. It’s got to be stopped.””*

Yet more evidence of just how severely Mr. Uygur and most liberals are deluded. Are the comments by Huckabee purposefully inflammatory in order to get him some spotlight? Almost certainly. Is what he said incorrect? Not at all.
In the very midst of these negotiations, the Ayatollah chanted along with a crowd “Death to America,” and we are supposed to trust them? Islam permits deliberate, tactical deceit (taqiyya) in service of jihad, and we are supposed to trust them?
Billions of frozen dollars are to be released to the Iranians if this deal goes through (and it will), not to mention massive economic stimulus through ended sanctions, and we’re giving them nothing? Then Mr. Uygur has the audacity to claim that their nuclear program will in some way end, when the deal clearly intends only to delay its progress? This kind of ignorance is simply remarkable.
A nuclear strike on Israel would indeed be an oven, and a far more devastating one than the Nazis ever used. I can only marvel at what I see on this site. Has no one any concern at all for the Jewish people? Have they not suffered enough already? I suppose the Holocaust just didn’t kill enough of them to engender sympathy!
