“TMZ was the first to report that Sean “Diddy” Combs was arrested on Monday afternoon after he allegedly got into a fight with a UCLA football coach, where his son, Justin Combs, attends school and is on the team.
A source told the website that the rapper took issue with Strength and Conditioning Coach Sal Alosi, who was “screaming intensely” at his son on the field. Diddy allegedly swung at the coach with a kettlebell, but “narrowly” missed him.
UCLA later issued a statement confirming the incident that took place at the Acosta Athletic Training Complex led to the 45-year-old Bad Boy Records founder’s arrest on the charge of assault with a deadly weapon.
UCLA Police said no one was seriously injured during the altercation and they will continue with their investigation.” *
