“Connor Cruise made his feelings clear on Wednesday, June 3, when he took to Twitter to slam the decision that Caitlyn Jenner should be the recipient of the ESPY Awards’ Arthur Ashe Courage Award.
In a series of tweets, which have since been deleted, Tom Cruise’s adopted son, 20, shared the view that there were a load of way more deserving recipients of an award as prestigious as that.
‘Really?? Winning the AA award for courage?? Ashton is gonna come out and yell PUNK’D,’ Connor tweeted, as reported by the New York Daily News. ‘Don’t get me wrong. Do what you feel like doing and don’t let anyone stop you. But everyone is taking this way too seriously…There are so many more important things that should be talked about…And SO MANY MORE IMPORTANT PEOPLE that actually deserve an award.’” *

Sherlock911 hit em in the throat with that perspective! And why wait until you’re in your 50s or 60s to come into your “truth”? if you’ve been living a lie this long why not just keep doing just that. The reality is that its a [well] calculated play for publicity – and it seems to have been effective, but lets continue to “witness”..
I agree totally with Ana. But I’m with Cenk, who is Connor Cruise? I didn’t know Cruise had an adopted son. Why am I even talking about this kid? Jenner is very courageous. Irrespective of how much money he has or his status as a celebrity, those things are not relevant when it comes to the measure of self worth or the courage that it takes in making a decision that effectively moves you from the majority of society of one of its minorities.
There are a lot of gay and transgender people coming into their truth what makes Bruce Jenner so courageous? He has money a famous family to support him and access to the media whom he can manipulate in some form due to his celebrity status. People also need to be aware that a large portion of the suicide rate happens after they have transformed and start to live their so called truth. There have been other transgender people who have said they regret their decision. There are studies that show regret after the fact can lead to suicide not just being discriminated against. Bruce Jenner is just adding a famous face to the issue and personally I don’t think he has that much courage. He’s a money hungry Kardaishan. He had interview, magazines covers and documentaries all lined up to document his courage aka his money making selfish journey.
