Marvel and Fox own rights to different Marvel Comics characters– Marvel has the bulk, of the characters while Fox controls Fantastic 4, X-Men, Deadpool, and the Silver Surfer. They haven’t worked out a deal like the one concerning Spider-Man rights with Sony, and probably never, EVER will.
