“Andrew Pulsipher of Phoenix shared this photo on Facebook Sunday, and it’s gained a lot of attention. Pulsipher, who is HIV positive, has a wife and three children who are HIV negative.

Since it was posted, the photo has gotten over 8,000 shares.

The 33-year-old has been HIV positive since birth after the disease was passed on from his parents, who died from AIDS complications when he was still a child, the local NBC affiliate reported.

Pulsipher says he had a normal upbringing being raised by an aunt and uncle, though only a few people outside his family knew about his condition. Once he finished high school, he realized that he eventually wanted to have a family.” *
