The report studied the shooting death of Michael Brown by Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson. Cenk has read through the report and has come to some conclusions. Sorry to yell but it is frustrating that this video is not mentioned. Cenk you need to do that segment over. You owe it to your viewers and to MICHAEL BROWN.
Cenk is pathetic for falling in line with the administration. Again. And I have to say I’m disappointed the TYT army isn’t filling up the comments section and ripping him to shreds for this.
The fact is, Wilson instigated the encounter, escalated it, and refused to use non-lethal means to restrain Brown, which is why the prosecutor had to bend over backwards to keep him out of prison. He would not have had to present false witnesses and lie to the grand jury about whether it’s legal to shoot a fleeing suspect in the back if there were reliable evidence implicating Michael Brown’s guilt.
And to tell us that a struggle over the gun is the only way for it to have discharged near Michael Brown’s hand is simply insulting. I would be embarrassed to make that kind of leap in logic, but Cenk, and the Justice Department report he lifted his opinion from, don’t seem to mind.
