Rand Paul Shows Support For Voluntary Vaccines

In The Lip TV on YouTube by Hlarson0 Comments

Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky told conservative radio host Laura Ingraham on Monday that parents should have a say in whether to vaccinate their children for measles. The likely 2016 presidential candidate’s support for voluntary vaccines follows the recent outbreak of measles, which has spread over several states. New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie made similar comments on Monday before backtracking several hours later. Is this an issue of freedom? Should vaccination should be mandatory? We take a look at video of Paul’s comments, in this Lip News clip with Mark Sovel and Elliot Hill.
