  1. Yes this is very smart. But you missed the entire point of the law….it is to not teach sex ed to grade school, which is kids usually 12 and under. Your panelist himself said this – sex ed – should be addressed to 13, 14, 15 year olds, which are allowed sex ed in Jr and Sr high.
