Michigan Governor Rick Snyder vetoed a gun bill that was backed by the National Rifle Association over domestic violence concerns. The measure would have allowed people who faced restraining orders due to domestic violence allegations to obtain guns, as long as their orders didn’t prohibit their access to firearms.
