A measles outbreak believed to be centered around Disneyland has infected 22 people, including infants too young to be vaccinated against it. The number of infected is expected to climb and is being linked to the anti-vaccination movement in which people opt not to vaccinate themselves or their children based on the belief that the vaccines will hurt them and that herd immunity will protect them from infectious disease.
