An NCAA $75 million settlement on player concussions was rejected by a Chicago judge on Wednesday. In the deal, $70 million was put towards NCAA concussion testing, with an additional $5 million being allocated for additional research. The judge shot it down saying that these funds would most likely fall short and that injuries for other athletes should also be considered to be covered under the deal.
