Some Los Angeles residents are getting whipped into shape with the help of a dominatrix.

Her name is Snow Mercy, and she holds “fetish fitness” classes where she exercises her power over a group of students.

She says it’s a genuine fitness class and it’s designed to increase their endurance, agility and stamina.
