When using our tablets and phones, even gaming PCs and consoles it’s easy to forget how badly our spines might be affected. When our heads lean forward to read and watch, the weight of our heads over our cervical spines increases– at a 45 degree angle, we’re looking at 49 pounds of pressure, just for example.
