It’s tempting to cheat on your diet during the holiday season. We look at seven different ways to stay healthy during the holidays. These tips including using a plate at holiday parties instead of hanging out by the snack table, drinking apple cider instead of egg nog, choosing hummus and veggies, or guacamole and salsa over spinach artichoke dip, avoiding cream based soups in favor of broth-based soups, and staying away from deep fried foods and pecan pie.
