1. How old are you and what state do you live in?

I am a shade under 74 and live in Colorado. In Aurora, Denver is our largest suburb to the west.

2. When did you become a member of TYT?

When TYT left Air America, I started listening (and watching) on the loop…

I wanted to see to see the Post Game so I joined with the $10 a month membership.

3. How do you consume the show?

I normally watch the shoe on my desktop the next morning after the show airs.

I’ve never watched the show live — Of course, watched the Current TV show live.

4. What field do you work in?

I am retired — I wrote computer software for the US Air Force when working – I was a computer systems engineer.

5. How would you describe TYT in 5 words or less?

My main source for news.

6. Do you have a favorite TYT moment?

I have many — And they all (pretty much) involve Ben.

7. Who is your favorite co-host? Why?

See answer above. I wish Ben Mankiewicz was on every day like he was before he left for TMZ.

8. What motivated you to take the extra step of becoming a paying member?

As I mentioned earlier, I wanted to see the Post Games.

9. Are surprised that the The Young Turks has grown into a multiplatform network of multiple channels?

Not surprised – It is as Yahweh intended. Personally, my favorite is “What the Flick”” other than the main show

10. Cenk often talks about the TYT brand as “truth telling.” What does this mean to you as a member?

The shows are presented without the lamestream media biases that are the result of Sponsor’s money and desire for politician access.

11. Which TYT host would you get coffee with? Which one would you go to the bar with? Who would you have dinner with?

John, Cenk, Ana, Jayar, Dave Koller, Irina (although not a host) – Pretty much everyone for each activity – But remembering I’m 30-40 years older than any.

12. If you were a co-host on the show, which story would you cover? Why?

I really enjoy the Republicons hypocrisy and Faux News stories presented – especially since I don’t have to watch Faux News/Limbaugh since Jayar does it

for me.

13. Have you ever communicated with other TYT fans? If so, how?

No – would, but I’m too old to fit in at a meet-up or whatever.

14. Has the show convinced you to change your position on a particular issue?

Not really; but I gave up on Obama much later than did Cenk – I was a early donor and signer to Wolf-Pac – hoping for my grand kid’s sakes that our

democracy can be recovered.

15. Have you ever referred membership to anyone? If so, what did you say?

Not really — I mention stuff all the time to one or other of my two youngest sons; My two oldest are ex-Marines who feel Obama is

a gun-hating Socialist and who feel Bill Maher and Michael Moore are dangerous.
