Gotham (starring Benjamin McKenzie) Season 1 Episode 3 “The Ballroom” is reviewed and discussed. A vigilante is killing major criminal figures in Gotham using weather balloons. Cobblepot continues to be a great part of the show, but is the “villain of the week” concept too trite for the subject material? And is it odd that Gordon took as long as he did to figure out a major plot point? Is the show too heavy-handed with its Batman references?
