We were promised a dogfight and were rewarded with three straight rounds of captivating UFC action after Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone beat the best of Bellatore Eddie Alvarez at UFC 178. Alvarez made the jump from Bellatore and did not disappoint in his first fight at the UFC level, although he took a loss, he did win the first Round One. A respectable performance, but after all is said and done, experience pushed Cerrone into the W column.
