Apparently one church that doesn’t believe in “getting high off the Holy Spirit” as the Pentecostal and Charismatic churches believe. Not that crystal meth is a much better alternative.
If you legalize drugs it would be regulated and taxed by the government. So, the cost of them would not be cheaper and people will always look for the cheaper “high”. There would be something new to do that would be cheaper than buying legalized drugs.
This is the kind of thing I’d expect from the Methodists.
I guess they thought what better place to do this. Who’s gonna notice…. Dumb and Dumber
