Teachers and parents in Fremont, California, have decided to purchase Your Health Today, a sex education textbook which will be used for ninth-grade classes. But hundreds of parents are angry, going so far as to organize a petition drive and are threatening legal action.

They’re claiming that the book is basically “pornography,” and that it’s more appropriate for the college level thanks to drawings of anatomy and topics like masturbation and birth control , including mentions of vibrators, oral sex, bondage, and information on how to buy and use a condom.
