Narendra Modi was elected Prime Minister of India last year, in part with an unusual campaign tactic– he used a hologram of himself at over 1,400 rallies, rather than appearing in person. Now, the company that made it possible, Hologram USA, has its sights set on Washington DC, and possibly U.S. presidential candidates in the 2016 election.
