Right to be Forgotten and Removing Google Links

Google is being backed by Wikimedia in the fight against EU’s Right to be Forgotten, which forces Google to remove search results upon users’ requests. When a Wikimedia, or Wikipedia site is removed from Google’s search results, Wikimedia posts the link on it’s sites so that users can find out what information is not being made available to them. We look at Wikimedia’s effort to keep the internet free, in this Lip News clip with Gabriel Mizrahi and Elliot Hill.
