The ‘Right to be Forgotten’ in Google Search & Profiting From It

The European Commissions’ “Right to Be Forgotten” ruling has resulted in Google being inundated with requests to remove search results related to them. The ruling was made initially to remove search results that were out of date, or no longer accurate. But…is the petition system being abused beyond its intended function? Now companies are cropping up in attempts to sell people a better chance at a successful petition to Google. Is the idea just too tempting?
