“Those watching a House Judiary Committee hearing on Tuesday were treated to Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX) grilling a pastor about Christian beliefs and why certain people “go to Hell.”

The hearing was about religious freedom and Rev. Barry Lynn, the executive director for Americans United for the Separation of Church and State was before the committee.

Gohmert’s questioning went straight to Hell.
