Mad Men hits its mid-point finale of its final season with Waterloo (S7E7). This episode will be the last episode we get until the series wraps up in 2015. Napoleon is invoked as we draw closer to the 1969 moon landing and we bid farewell to a very likeable character. Don learns he will be ousted at Sterling Cooper Draper Price and we learn who is behind cutting him out. Don’s marriage to Megan finally comes to an end in a very clear, final way. Peggy wins over the people at Burger Chef with a strong presentation, proving herself formidable in any right. Many of the main characters seem to give off a lonely, pained vibe in their various states in this episode. What will become of them? Who will take power at SCDP?
