“A trial that had become a rallying point for many Occupy Wall Street activists ended on Monday with a jury finding a protester guilty of assaulting a police officer at Zuccotti Park in Manhattan in 2012.
A jury of eight women and four men took less than three hours to decide that the protester, Cecily McMillan, 25, was responsible for assaulting the officer, rejecting her contention that she had reacted instinctively when he grabbed her breast during a protest on St. Patrick’s Day. Ms. McMillan had said she could not distinctly recall what happened amid the chaos of the night.”

I have to agree with Jimmy, I’m from Chicago, IL and I have seen how little the police seem to care about the citizens they are supposed to be serving and protecting.
The cops will stand around the crime scene joking and chitchatting where a person has just died or been injured.. etc.
A woman elbows a cop and her excuse doesn’t matter.
The police get away with murder.. literally ..they can beat us for no reason and make any excuse they want and get away with it.
Kelly Thomas gets beaten to death and a jury is told the cops where in fear for their lives.. they shoot little dogs because they fear for their lives. Apparently cops are little pussies who like to throw temper
tantrums and have no respect for others.
They seem like children..why are we giving guns and authority to these children?
This crap is ridicules, if cops became cops because they cared then they wouldn’t protect and support the corrupt officers.
