Mad Men returns with season 7, episode 2, ” A Day’s Work.” Mad Men acknowledges again that the world is changing, with the show’s black characters taking the forefront. Dawn and Shirley all but steal the show in an episode that focuses mainly on visibility and invisibility. Don, in his robe-wearing rut, puts on his finery to try and keep up appearances with Dawn, which opens up the idea of respect, appearances, and more. Is this show’s final season about the “death” of Don Draper as we all suspected, or does it mean something more for the character? What does Sally represent now?

Ben Mankiewicz (Turner Classic Movies), William Bibbiani (http://www.craveonline.com), Alonso Duralde (http://www.TheWrap.com and Linoleum Knife podcast) and Ryan Turek (http://www.shocktilyoudrop.com) discuss Mad Men Season 7, episode 2, “A Day’s Work.”
