And we thought G.O.T couldn’t get any more scandalous. Game of Thrones episode – “Breaker of Chains” had a very controversial rape scene. See when we post new videos by subscribing! http://youtube.com/susiesampson
SPOILER ALERT
Cersei is raped by her brother Jaime. Cersei continues to say no and Jaime continues to move forward anyways. The rape scene was not in the book. HBO added it for the sake of it. Alex Graves the director of the episode defended the episode to say that the sex became consensual. George R.R Martin distanced himself from these comments because even Robin Thicke would agree that there were no blurred lines. The moral of the story is that this is a fictional medieval television show and we should not be taking our sexual lessons from it.

I was cool with the decapitations, dismemberment, bestiality, incest, slavery, murder, mayhem, and general all around assholery of virtually every character, but this goes too far. I’m beginning to think these are not good role models for a children’s show… What? It’s not a children’s show? It’s an adult drama featuring the full range of plausible human experience? Well, never mind.
