OMG!! This is so sad and you know its about RACE. Hey TYT you have to do a podcast or a story on Madison WI because it is considered and has been found to be the worst city for Black Men and the Worse STATE for Black Children to Live. The Race to Equality report by Annie E. Casey Foundation was the first to let IT out of the bag. Madison WI the number 1 city for Whites but the worse for Blacks. Mmmmmmmm ????
