Chicago plans to make free condoms available at 24 high schools starting next school year, part of a push to reduce teen pregnancy and prevent the spread of STD’s among young people.

Putting seat belts in cars doesn’t promote accidents. Etc.
As a former student of a Chicago suburban high school where the abortion rate was astounding because there was no access to birth control of any kind, and the only method of family planning was abstinence… this is a great idea. Go Chicago!
