Republican David Jolly won the special election in Florida last night to replace Republican Bill Young after he passed away. Jolly beat Alex Sink for the seat even though she outspent him 4 to 1, and ran for governor of Florida. The conventional political thinking is that this is a referendum on Obamacare and Democrats should run from it if they want a chance in the midterm elections because Americans hate the ACA, but is that the case?
