Have you ever been throttled on Netflix by your internet service provider? Maybe…Comcast? In a new deal, Netflix has agreed to pay the ISP (which also just bought up Time Warner Cable) for direct access to its network. This is great if you want to watch Netflix uninterrupted by annoying buffers, but is it yet another step in the wrong direction for net neutrality? Kim Horcher, Tim Frisch, and Andrew Fogel discuss!
