Hannibal kicks off on What the Flick with its season 2 premiere, “Kaiseki” (S2E1). It’s an artful ad skillful show, especially for network television, with meticulous art direction with a huge attention to detail. Flesh is torn off once again, which makes this show decidedly not for the squeemish.
