Subway has agreed to remove a chemical from its food that’s also used to make foam plastics like yoga mats and shoe soles. See which other 10 fast food chains use this chemical in their food in the video.

This decision from Subway to remove azodicarbonamide comes only after food blogger “Food Babe” created a petition that went viral online. Banned in Europe, the call to ban the substance from food in the U.S. completely is due a risk that it can cause cancer, and is linked to respiratory issues, allergies and asthma.

Do you trust the FDA and the USDA to make the right decision?
