Michael B. Jordan has been cast as Johnny Storm in the new Fantastic 4 movie, and comic buffs are extremely upset that a Black actor will be playing the role that is a White man in the comic books.  Discussion of whether or not these rabid fans are espousing racist beliefs.  A Veteran investigator for Tennessee threatened a Black man when he looked to file a lawsuit against the city about his mother’s wrongful death when she wasn’t resuscitated.  The investigator went into a long story about how his grandfather and friends participated in a lynching of a Black man in 1896 where they hacked pieces of the victim’s back off for use in sharpening their knives.  He also spoke about how he still has the piece of the man that his grandfather gave to him.  2 GOP candidates running for the Texas Board of Education don’t believe that the Board should have anything to do with how kids are educated.
