Cenk, John, and Jimmy Dore hosting.  Late Breaking News: The environmental impact study on the Keystone Pipeline is in, and it says that there isn’t much of an impact on the environment if its passed.  A private contractor that has worked with TransCanada and other oil companies that would benefit greatly from the pipeline being approved, conducted the study.  John predicts that there will be a tragedy from this decision to approve the pipeline.  Cenk talks about the bet he and Jayar have over whether or not Obama will approve it.  Video of Obama telling Jake Tapper that his aspirations haven’t diminished and outlined the things that he got done.  Cenk sees this as Obama basically hanging his hat on the rest of his presidency.  Video of W.
