Ana, Dave Rubin, and Desi Doyen hosting.  Wendy Davis has been outed for fudging some of the details of her younger years to seem like she struggled more than she did.  Republican opponents are calling her a liar over these revelations.  Both Pennsylvania and Arizona are trying to pass laws that would allow businesses to discriminate against LGBT, single women, or non-Christians, but they’re posing it as religious freedom.  Republican strategist accused Obama of playing the race card too much.  Video of her claims and Marc Lamont Hill rebutting.  Video of Conservatives talking about Obama strictly based on racial lines.

KY legislators are debating a bill over domestic violence, with one Republican Rep trying to insert a provision that would make abortion a domestic violence issue if conducted after 20 weeks.  Its just another tactic to outlaw abortion before this timeframe.  This same rep is frustrated that a couple of his other schemes to restrict abortion further have been struck down.  Tim Connolly is running for governor of California and a Cuban actress that supports him was hired to be in a Vagina Monologues, but was forced to quit after the company caught hell for having her on, with her views against immigration.  Sen David Vitter is announcing his run for governor of Louisiana.  Ana remembers his bust after being a client of the DC Madam’s.

Pastor Jeffress went on The O’Reilly Factor to discuss how Obama is grooming us for the Anti-Christ by providing us with ObamaCare and other policies, which takes over peoples’ lives and attacks Christians.  A Detroit area councilman spoke out vehemently against the city of Detroit.  He went on to say that his plan for the city was to turn it into an Indian reservation, put up gates, and throw in blankets and corn.  After he caught heat for this, his office blamed the newspaper that reported it with their bias against him in mind.

  1. Are those, who are complaining about hosts, watching TYT more for the cult of personality or issues that TYT stands for? We all have our preferences but if you won’t watch the show if your favorite is absent, there’s something wrong with your priorities.

Put Cenk’s picture on your desk or 3D print him and hold him when you’re sleeping, but stop whining. If you were such a fan, you would have known Cenk wasn’t going to be there and where he was going. He said it on the show, it was hardly a surprise.

    1. Omg I want a 3D printed Cenk. I would sit him on my couch and watch movies with him. With soundboard integration!

      100% agree with you!

  2. It’s a little insulting to put Desi — a thoroughly intelligent, articulate and accomplished woman — on a panel with these two. Made it through 34 min before Ana’s over-emphasis of each word in a sentence became too much (god, why not just speak normally???). I guess I’ll just wait until Cenk comes back.

    1. Before asking Ana to speak normally, keep in mind that ‘normal speech’ for her is laced with slangy-slang that she just made up, swearing like a sailor and random rage. I think she’s actually mellower and does a better job when Cenk isn’t prodding her the whole hour.

      1. I meant normal speech in a broader sense, not necessarily her “normal” off-screen personality. I don’t mind the slangy-slang (it’s occasionally adorable), swearing, or even bouts of random rage, just the fact that her presenter mode involves speaking as if her vocal chords are stuck on CAPS LOCK.

  3. Long time member, but I won’t listen when Ana hosts the first hour (or second). Sorry Ana, I keep trying and hoping things will get better but so far they haven’t.

  4. TYT, you missed the important part about “throw in the blankets and corn”. It’s not that it mocks their heritage by using these symbols as epithets, it’s that when the original Indians were given blankets by the whites they were covered in disease and used to wipe them out without a shot being fired.

    1. He went to NH for an important march across the state to help get money out of politics: http://march.nhrebellion.org/

Unlike Obama, he actually “puts his walking boots on.” That’s a difficult sentence to write, I used to be a really enthusiastic Obama supporter.

  5. the first story is a little disappointing….i dont think they’d give a republican women this benefit of the doubt….both parties suck and in this regard you should treat them the same.

    1. No, you shouldn’t treat them exactly the same because they’re not the same. They both have problems, they both should be criticized when they do bad things, but they have fundamentally different messages, different ideologies. It is true that in practice they end up doing the same things much of the time, but their messages are like night and day, republicans push racism, democrats push sound policies — they just don’t follow through with them most of the time.

  6. I don’t know if I’m the only one with problems but I can’t stream the video. It cuts every 5 seconds for 10-15 second. I tried downloading the whole video but I get an estimated time of an hour and a half. Do you have bandwidth issues?

    1. On a plane to New Hampshire to go march (in near-zero [or sub-zero] temps for 18 miles) in a movement to urge presidential candidates in 2016 to be asked how they will end the cycle of corruption in Washington. Related to Wolf-Pac and other ‘get money out of politics’ and ‘end corporate personhood’ efforts.
