The National Basketball Association (NBA) could implement new rules that will forever change the landscape of their organization. The NBA Draft Lottery will be no more in favor of a new system which is, thus far, called “The Wheel.” The system will in essence eliminate “tanking” and encourage more competitive teams throughout the Eastern and Western Conferences.
