When there is malicious intent and the action causes significant damage, of course there should be possible legal consequences. This is a huge problem among some teenagers today — who (maybe stupidly) exchange nude pictures in confidence, or have pictures stolen or taken without consent, then end up on porn sites or Instagram, etc. However, teenagers aren’t always of age to be criminally responsible for their actions … still it needs to be regulated in law, even if some people think that nudity and sex is not a big deal and nothing to be ashamed of. Well, pictures can still cause quite a lot of harm.
I really like the felony and jail time part. This is sociopathic behavior and should be treated as such.
