Richie Incognito’s legacy in the NFL may come down to racism allegations with fellow offensive lineman Jonathan Martin. Text messages, voicemails and fights certainly do not help his cause. However, in a piece out of the Miami Herald from Armando Salguero, speaking with a former Dolphins player who was released in the offseason provided context that Incognito was more expected and considered an honorary black man, while Martin was not.
