“A New Mexico man has filed a federal lawsuit claiming authorities subjected him to eight anal probes including enemas and a colonoscopy after a routine traffic stop.
David Eckert claims his nightmare began on Jan. 2, when he pulled out of a Deming Walmart and failed to make a complete stop at a parking lot sign. He was stopped by traffic police.
His attorney, Shannon Kennedy, said officers told him he appeared to be “clinching his buttocks” and suspected he was carrying drugs in his rectum.”.* Cenk Uygur, comedian Dave Rubin (The Rubin Report) and comedian Jimmy Dore (TYT Comedy) break it down on The Young Turks.

I’m sorry but what is it called when some one is held down and over the course of 6 plus hours has various fingers, enemas, and instruments shoved up their ass against their will? Every other place and circumstance on Earth, this is called first degree sexual assault–why not here? Tell me TYT how does the search for a small amount of marijuana (the cops said they smelled marijuana–a detail you missed) a petty misdemeanor, call for a warrant to commit what IS in fact 1st degree sexual assault, and A felony–please explain the logic of this because you guys seemed to be OK with this POS of a warrant? The judge, the police, and the medical staff (who somehow forgot their oaths) all deserve to be charged with the crime they have in fact committed–namely rape in the 1st degree. Another detail you missed is that the first hospital refused to do what the police asked because it would be UNETHICAL! Also there were two (2) x-rays, two (2) violations of the anus by fingers, three (3) violations of the anus by enemas all before a sedation and colonoscopy preformed dangerously while the guy had a full stomach–the x-rays are known cancer causers, and the colonoscopy and sedation are dangerous procedures. I am disappointed and shocked that you guy didn’t go further here. This is clearly a criminal case–it would be a criminal case even if they had found drugs–where are your ethics gentlemen–where is Anna–she would have gotten this one right!
